The informations on the conditions for the rental of the apartment are only a seasonal price list and not a concrete rental offer.
We will gladly offer you the price for the time you requested.
up to 2 people - 45 EUR apartment/ night
each additional person (up to max. 4 people) - 10 EUR/ night
cleaning fee (only once) - 17 EUR
discounts for children:
- to 4 years = free (baby travel bed)
- to 7 years = 5 Eur/ night
- to 11 years = 8 Eur/ night
short stays:
Supplement for bookings of less than 3 nights - 10 EUR per person / night
Long-term stays:
Discounts available, please ask.
as required:
W-LAN - 5 Euro per stay
cancellation
We don´t hope, that you have to cancel your holiday unplanned. If this happens, the following cancellation fees will be payable:
Cancellation of the reservation
- Free of charge up to 2 months
- Up to 1 months 50%
- Up to 14 days 80%
If no previous telephone or written notice, we will unfortunately have put the full amount charged.
earlier departure
If you leave earlier, we cant pay refunds.
